Everything is on fire, again, and the map of North America is turning into a hot mess.

Since the weekend, the National Interagency Fire Center has been playing whack-a-mole with 183 new wildfires. Eight of them have already ballooned into massive infernos that are proving impossible to ignore.

It’s that time of year where the landscape decides to go thermal, and the sheer scale of these outbreaks is turning the sky into a hazy nightmare. Between the United States and Canada, the ground is just dry enough to light up like a matchbox at the slightest provocation.

Mother Nature clearly hasn't heard of the concept of a chill pill.
