Looks like the highest court in the land decided to spoil the party for some political map-makers.

So, the Supreme Court just put a stop to Missouri’s attempt to get a little too creative with their congressional districts. Republicans were hoping to redraw the lines to guarantee a clear advantage, but the court effectively said 'nice try, but no.'

Voters are now heading into a completely different map than the one they used for the primaries. It’s a classic case of trying to pack and crack the opposition, but having the judicial branch hit the undo button at the eleventh hour.
