Spokane Is Burning and the Air Is Basically Poison

Original version ·

Things are officially falling apart in the Pacific Northwest as a massive wildfire outbreak forces tens of thousands to flee their homes.

So, the Spokane area is currently having the worst wildfire season in three decades. We are talking about 65,000 people being told to pack their bags and get out while the fire literally jumps over rivers and highways like it's playing hopscotch. It's not just the flames, either; the air quality is currently the absolute worst in the entire country.

Kris Maynard, a local fire official, basically admitted they are just trying to keep up with a beast that has no interest in stopping anytime soon. The heat isn't letting up, and the wind is just fueling the chaos. It’s a complete mess.

Mother Nature is clearly tired of us and has decided to hit the reset button.
