Another Day, Another Religious Site Lit Up by Russia

It’s the same old story, but somehow it manages to get worse. In Kharkiv, Russia managed to kill five rescuers—the very people who show up to clean up the mess they just made. Meanwhile, in Kyiv, they decided a religious landmark needed to be set on fire, alongside random apartment buildings full of people.

It is clear that for Russia, there is no such thing as a civilian target or a sacred space. Everything is just a coordinate on a map to be erased. It’s hard to find the words when the news just rotates between new tragedies every single morning.

At this point, the world is just watching the same arsonist burn the neighborhood down while the fire department is actively targeted.
