So, Donald Trump has decided that Lake Ontario sounds a bit too Canadian for his liking and thinks it should be renamed Lake America for users in the U.S. Google, in a move that screams 'anything to avoid a headache,' actually decided to play along with the request.
Doug Ford, the Premier of Ontario, is clearly not having it. He just dropped a massive billboard right by the water basically telling the former president to kick rocks with a sign that says Lake Ontario: Now and Always. It is a bizarre diplomatic spat over a giant puddle of water.
Imagining the sheer ego required to look at a massive geographical feature and think it needs a marketing refresh is enough to make anyone lose their mind.
